m-tech1 is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our DevOps infrastructure and processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and operation of our applications and systems. Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and robust DevOps infrastructure to support our software development lifecycle and production systems.
Collaborate with software engineers and architects to develop effective and efficient deployment pipelines.
Automate and streamline the build, test, and release processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
Implement best practices for infrastructure security, including access controls, encryption, and monitoring.
Conduct regular system performance evaluations and capacity planning to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Identify areas for process improvement and drive the implementation of DevOps best practices.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role.
Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proficiency in configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
Deep understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and system administration.
Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Availability to travel to customer sites.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive and self-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
Knowledge of database management systems (SQL and/or NoSQL).
