You agree that all matters relating to your access to the Site, including all disputes, shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in the courts of the District of Cologne, Germany, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. Any claim under these Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action will be barred.
