Job Description

As a Business Developer at m-tech1, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and maintaining client relationships. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, closing deals, and supporting our revenue growth across multiple industries.

This role suits a driven professional who thrives in international environments and is motivated by performance-based rewards. Remote work is possible; we welcome strong applicants from across Europe (including Poland, Romania, and Ukraine) with excellent German and English.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target European markets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, competitive landscape, and trends.

  • Develop and deliver compelling, solution-oriented proposals and presentations.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with C-level executives and decision makers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and marketing) to align solutions with client needs.

  • Represent m-tech1 at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally in IT services, software, or technology consulting.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) in German and English.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.

  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Ability and willingness to travel within Europe as required.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.

  • Familiarity with sales tools (CRM systems, Google Suite, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Knowledge of DevOps, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Digital Transformation services.

  • Experience in working with international teams and clients.

  • Existing professional network in one or more of our focus markets (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, UK, Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg, France).

  • Additional language skills (French or Dutch) are a plus.
