Job Description
As a Business Developer at m-tech1, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and maintaining client relationships. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, closing deals, and supporting our revenue growth across multiple industries.
This role suits a driven professional who thrives in international environments and is motivated by performance-based rewards. Remote work is possible; we welcome strong applicants from across Europe (including Poland, Romania, and Ukraine) with excellent German and English.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target European markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand client needs, competitive landscape, and trends.
Develop and deliver compelling, solution-oriented proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with C-level executives and decision makers.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and marketing) to align solutions with client needs.
Represent m-tech1 at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management.
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally in IT services, software, or technology consulting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) in German and English.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability and willingness to travel within Europe as required.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
Familiarity with sales tools (CRM systems, Google Suite, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
Knowledge of DevOps, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Digital Transformation services.
Experience in working with international teams and clients.
Existing professional network in one or more of our focus markets (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, UK, Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg, France).
Additional language skills (French or Dutch) are a plus.
